AWS Skill Builder Individual Subscription 7-day Free Trial Terms and Conditions

1. By enrolling in this 7-day free trial, you will receive immediate access to your AWS Skill Builder Individual subscription for no charge. You will only be charged if you do not cancel your subscription before your 7-day trial ends. This is a no-obligation free trial that you can cancel at any time. We will notify you by email when there are 3 days remaining on your free trial, with instructions on how to cancel your subscription if you choose to do so.         

a. For monthly subscription. At the end of the free trial period, you authorize us to bill your AWS account the monthly fee of $29 + applicable taxes on the first of each month, pro-rated for the first month. After the free trial and your first pro-rated monthly payment, you authorize us to bill your AWS account the full amount of $29 + applicable taxes on the first of each month. 

b. For annual subscription. At the end of the free trial period, you authorize us to bill your AWS account the annual fee of $449 + applicable taxes each year. After the free trial, you authorize us to bill your AWS account the full amount of $449 + applicable taxes each year.

    Your subscription continues until canceled. Cancel anytime by visiting your AWS Skill Builder account, and your subscription will end the day before the next scheduled charge.

2. Your use of your AWS Skill Builder Individual subscription is governed by the AWS Customer Agreement.

3. This offer is only valid for individuals 18 years and older. Excludes individuals living in Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Quebec, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk. 

4.  Offer limited to one-per-customer and account.

5.  Offer may not be combined with any other offers or discounts except for an annual subscription 7-day free trial offered with an annual Skill Builder subscription promotional discount. 

6. Offer is not applicable to individuals who:

a. Are currently active individual subscribers.

b. Have redeemed a free trial for an individual subscription within the past 12 months.

7. Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. 

8. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.

9. If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid. 

10. Void where prohibited. Your information is handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
