The only tool you need for Cloud FinOps
What do you like best about the product?
I got introduce to DoIt 2 years ago and I have been a big fan since then.
Not only did it help us to easily identify cloud savings (~15%), it also reduced my personal time spent to analyse our monthly cloud cost. Unexplainable cost increases took me a few hours to investigate; now with Doit I can do that in less than 30min thanks to their great report and analytics capabilities.
Next the FinOps features my company uses their consulting services for Cloud components for which do not have an in house expert. The shared advice was very valuable in any case I can remember from the past.
Big Kudos to Doit!

That just make it easier
What do you like best about the product?
The access to knowledgable resources, focused customer support and billing portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to get comfortable knowing DoiT is there to assist, but NOT "Do it" for you. You are still accountable for your environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing visibility and expertise on how to challenge our current architecture, drive optimization and evaluate other options. Their solution architects have seen it/done it in other environments. Its a great opportunity to learn from them.
Great technical expertise combined with timely responses
What do you like best about the product?
The technical expertise of every engineer that I have encountered. I have asked many guidance questions, and they always come up with a strong plan on how I can move forward. When we get into technical implementations, they always work with me until all bugs and features I need are done. Many times, my issues are outside the purview of DoiT or AWS, but they always help anyway. They are very quick to respond, not only to the initial query, but all throughout the process. They have helped me tremendously on a number of issues, including rightsizing, patching, domain controllers, query optimization, and even Perl. They are a great organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I find the billing a bit complicated.

Best AWS Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the support team. DoiT has a very dedicated team that has always been available every time I needed assistance. The transparency within the team is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is abit complex. It has taken me a number of months to learn how to use the basic functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue previously where out cloud cost was above the normal due to anomalies. DoiT system helps to monitor our costs to prevent such a case where we waste resources.

What do you like best about the product?
DoIT provides great AWS products customer support, either through tickets issued on their portal, or through video meetings when more in depth analysis is needed. They have helped us with issues such as understanding cost spikes, products not performing like they should, improving our Cloud CyberSecurity, ... They have helped us understand how to best design and configure the AWS Products to get the best price/performance ratio. They also help us stay on top of AWS new products that may be beneficial to our business. Finally, through they FlexSave offer, they helped save on Compute Costs without reducing usage.
They answered all the questions that we've had so far in a very timely and efficient manner.
Their cost reports are easy to use and configure to get a deep understanding of the costs breakout.

What do you dislike about the product?
DoIT didn't have any downsides for us. We have saved time and money using their services instead of dealing with AWS directly.

That they don't cover yet flexave for RDS

Flexsaving and Cloud Analytics help us understanding and optimizing our costs.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT response to their tickets is quick and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing negative in my experience with DoiT. This itself is incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an AWS certified Associate Solutions Architect. I do not know everything there is to know about AWS, but I have a good grounding. I have been able to leverage DoiT's subject matter experts on subjects such as Transit Gateways, Client VPNs, Route 53 and RDS IOPS. With DoiT, you have a partner that can get you the specialist knowledge when you need it without waiting around for ages.
They helped us through big decisions on our infraestructure.

Sometimes they can't get really the issue because of internal aspects, not generic problems

They solved some problems on reading replicas + data warehouses. that benefits us on which decision is best to make
The DoiT Team has been Amazing.

Their FlexSave Savings Plans have been tremendous. It has saved us a lot of time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had purchased a lot of AWS Savings Plans already before migrating to DoiT. So the estimated savings from using their FlexSave was not as large a we thought it would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us money from having to use the AWS Console and no ERP.
The support and deal signing var mostly for GCP products

The dashboards are sometimes helpfull, reports, and annomalities emails

Not real value on top of google
